Sewol Disaster 5 Year Anniversary

Today is the 5th Anniversary of the Sewol ferry disaster which claimed 304 lives, including 250 high school children. On Saturday Remembering Sewol UK held their 60th monthly protest in Trafalgar Square.

The 30th Anniversary of Hillsborough

Monday 15 April 2019 is the 30th anniversary of the Hillsborough Disaster. Liverpool FC put their tribute on their main webpage. They also opened the Kop on the day of the anniversary for those who would like to sit for a period of reflection.
